Carmen+Shannon

We had a great time shooting Carmen and Shannon. They were completely comfortable in front of the camera right off the bat! They are so in love and it shows. I hadn’t been down on South Congress in quite awhile, and every time I go there, there is always something different and new popping up. We found a ton of fun places to shoot, laughed, and enjoyed the weather, which held up quite nicely. They are getting married in Greece in the fall — just the two of them and an officiant in Santorini! So romantic. Congrats Carmen and Shannon!

Chris+Greg

Chris and Greg are hardcore triathletes and are always on the go. We wanted to do a session that showed off their love of racing, so we rode around town on some cruiser bikes. It was so much fun. Thanks Chris and Greg! I cannot wait for your wedding this Halloween.

I must say, if someone can hook me up with one of these, I will be your best friend!

Here are some photos from our session:

Breanna

Breanna approached me with some great ideas for portraits, and I got really excited to be able to do something a little different than what I’m used to. Amber K. did a fantastic job with her hair and makeup, and a special thanks to Will and the awesome folks at Lamberts for letting us take over their joint for the afternoon. Lamberts, btw, is an awesome place to go on Sunday nights to see some amazing jazz. Do it.

Here are a few of my favorites from our session:

Joanne+Chris

Joanne and Chris had a perfectly quaint wedding at the exclusive Grey Rock Country Club. I loved how simple and beautiful their wedding was. A handful of guests and their two children were in attendance. And above all the dresses, the flowers, and cakes,  it proves that the most important thing about weddings is that you are surrounded with the ones you love. They followed their vows with a intimate dinner with family and friends at Eddie V’s downtown. Thanks Joanne and Chris for letting us be a part of your wonderful day.
