I found these pictures from the ice storm a couple weeks ago. I thought I’d put these up to document the “great blizzard of 2007″ in central Texas, before we start thinking that it was all just a dream. According to Phil, spring will come early this year, which means it will once again be 102 degrees in about two weeks.

Playa del Carmen, Mexico January 19, 2007
My first destination wedding! Kathy and Ryan are wonderful people and I felt so honored to shoot their intimate wedding in Playa del Carmen. I admire that they wanted to keep the guest list small to be able to spend time with every person that came, and after shooting a few weddings with 300+ guests, it was a nice change of pace. I flew out during the week of the huge ice storm in central Texas, and was greeted with tropical breezes and a group of some pretty amazing people. Congrats Kathy and Ryan!
